A bread-based alpine dumpling loaded with leek, chives and beetroot, spinach or cheese. Use as side or main. Cooking instructions: from frozen or thawed: Either steam or put into simmering water for 15 minutes. Serving suggestion: Cooked (ie. frothed up 'nutty') butter is poured over the alplings once on the plate together with a parmesan. Serve with a salad.
